I work at a Fortune 500 company which has over 5000 employees worldwide. I have worked in a variety of roles in my 15 year career with the company and have watched many climb the corporate ladder from a distance.
This blog is me sharing what I have seen and learned and what appears to be effective, at least at this company. And I suspect at many others. I don’t necessarily agree with the tactics and find it frustrating to say the least but as they say “you have to play the game to win”.
